🔹 Digital Products
Our CQ Report is a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment. Due to its instant delivery and personalized nature, refund eligibility is limited.
🔹 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- A payment error occurred during the transaction
- A technical issue prevented you from receiving your CQ Report
If you experience any of the above, please email us within 3 days of your purchase at enquiry@asohan.com. Include the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address used during purchase
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Description of the issue
We reserve the right to verify claims and determine refund eligibility based on the situation.
🔹 Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method
🔹 Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in cases where:
- The CQ Report has already been successfully delivered and accessed
- The request is made after the 3-day window
- Dissatisfaction is based solely on report content or interpretation
